What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, CMMC, and CUI regulations across multiple facilities
- Support and participate in internal and external audits for compliance assessments
- Act as a liaison with customers, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders on export control matters
- Manage compliance-related projects to meet industry and regulatory standards
- Oversee the Records and Retention process to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of Quality System-related experience in aerospace
- Experience with ITAR, EAR, CUI, and CMMC regulations
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Must obtain any required export authorization from government agencies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to travel approximately 20%-25%
- Experience with data trending analysis and reporting to senior leadership
- Previous experience as a trainer
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail in compliance and quality documentation
