- Create omni channel, trade marketing strategy in line with long term brand strategy based on different GTM approaches
- Build ongoing trade marketing programs & content behind for each sales cycle to contribute to brand growth
- Develop listing propositions inclusive of promotions for each sales cycles in line with sales & distribution objectives
- Steer excellence in implementation of global innovations
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing Heads, marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication
- Collect insights from the countries and also look for out-of-box opportunities to increase brand saliency
- Support Trade Marketing teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
- Ensure that the Brand CI and brand values / equity are properly implemented across all channels/materials
- Master Level studies in Marketing/Business administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the Beauty or FMCG industry
- Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Interested in B2B hair care / hairdressing industry and in eCommerce
- Strong appreciation for aesthetics and design
- Self-motivated, creative, and open-minded personality with high level of independence
- Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
