      Position Summary
      We are looking for a Trade Operations Manager based at our Montreal location reporting into the National Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for enabling the B2C business by developing the strategy with internal partners and third-party agencies to improve sales performance across channels and providing business support; project management, sales analysis, workforce management, and implementation of demo and merchandising initiatives in the B2C channel.


      Channel performance analysis, Business planning and Reporting

      • Generate monthly and quarterly performance and forecast reporting, analyse and interpret data to uncover successes/opportunities and identifying gaps that will assist in delivering objectives.
      • mplement forecasting models to ensure accurate predictive analysis and planning (in close collaboration with Data & Insights), and optimal investment allocation
      • Feedback data into the Data & Insights department in Marketing
      • Generate weekly and monthly reporting from NTT, NDT, TAP, BOOST and Demo Planning for Field and Agency teams

      Operations and Budget

      • Effectively and efficiently manage operational and third-party budgets to ensure that programs/assets remain on budget and drive profitable business and positive return on investment.
      • Support field and marketing teams with effective management of all field related operational tools

      Project and workforce management

      • Manage channel related trade projects from initiation to execution by developing the project planning and employing appropriate project management approaches, processes, and tools
      • Manage end to end operational process for durable fixtures including ordering, asset inventory, PO Creation and Maintenance of Corners in partnership with Retail Operations team as needed
      • Facilitate multichannel workforce management, including Third Party workforce management
      • Manage end to end process for TAP SKU creations, user management, troubleshooting, promo request and Marketing/ IT partnerships
      • Manage field team's systems and maintenance

      Drive proposed activities, provide other business support and implementation of demo and merchandising initiatives

      • Conduct store visits quarterly to assess agency performance, qualitative implementation in POS and provide recommendation
      • Support agency implementation in field (demo activation, training support, in-field execution)
      • Provide insight and recommendations to drive additional traffic & sales, both on- and offline
      • Deliver back-office support, including the alignment of internal communications
      • Provide business excellence support (i.e. process and tools)
      • Implement merchandising initiatives in the B2C Channels, both on- and offline

      Procurement and compliance

      • Actively participate in audit preparation, drive, and ensure full compliance related to procurement and contract management
      • Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

      What will make you successful?

      • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
      • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business related field required (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Management preferred)
      • 5+ years’ experience in sales in Premium luxury and/or Mass market products that demonstrate record of success in delivering key commercial KPI's.
      • Understands key business functions i.e. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain.
      • Strong Analytical skills - Ability to work with numbers: generate reports and statistical data, ability to interpret that data and in turn identify problems, opportunities, trends and develop solutions
