  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support all aspects of trade show planning, including registration, sales coordination, and booth management
  - Track event performance metrics, including lead capture and ROI insights
  - Manage and maintain promotional items and trade show materials
  - Assist in organizing SafetyChain’s Annual Customer Summit and other internal events as needed
  - Travel for a few trade shows and the Customer Summit in 2026
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  - 1-2+ years of experience in a trade show or event-facing role
  - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships
  - Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems, with Hubspot experience strongly preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in logistics and operational support for events
  - Familiarity with marketing automation software
  - Ability to think multiple steps ahead to ensure successful event execution
  - Willingness to travel for events and marketing activities as needed
  - Based in the Eastern or Central Time zones, although open to the right candidate
