- Execute and drive all the local Shop in Shop , S tore customization s and POP process es and installation s
- Transform the V isual Merchandising and instore product clinics in strategic and important MX & MTB stores
- Support Sell out initiatives and c onvert ad once business by Reorder with refill ing “empty” shelves
- Implement instore events, local events, test events and assist in realizing European Events in your territory (MXGPs, DH WC Events, Tradeshows etc …) or road show activities
- 2 years experience in retail merchandising
- a passion about the sports F ox Racing is representing , preferred
- a hands-on mentality with a craftsman talent
- a high motivation to travel (90% of the Job)
- strong communication skills and ability to interface at all levels – dealer, end-consumer etc.
- ability to handle multiple projects and work independent with a proficiency in working towards tight deadlines
- managing your own time schedule s and accepting special working times
- driving licence
JOB OVERVIEW
T he Trade Visual Merchandiser and Event Coordinator ensures the Brand presentation Instore with our Pro & Brand Builder account network by setting up and refreshing SIS and SC, doing instore product clinics and merchandising , supporting local events MX & MTB with and without dealers and is actively contributing in Sell In Roadshows and Adonce / Refill POS.
This position reports to the Country Manager, Hans Jürgen Rottler and allows you the flexibility to work from home when you are not travelling.
