      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling various tool brands to end-user customers
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts
      - Mentor local market teams on end-user development processes and best practices
      - Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives
      - Utilize SalesForce.com for CRM and planning, communicating successes and challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant construction experience may substitute
      - 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies
      - Proven track record of selling to high-level executives and jobsite directors
      - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory

      - Experience with CRM tools and sales planning
      - Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
      - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
      - Knowledge of various tool brands and their applications
