  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate day-to-day trafficking of marketing projects, ensuring timely review and approval of deliverables
  - Maintain project calendars, timelines, and status updates for various campaigns and initiatives
  - Track deliverables and deadlines across creative, brand, retail, and digital partners
  - Document and distribute meeting notes, action items, and project updates to keep teams aligned
  - Function as a liaison between sales, creative, e-commerce, operations, and retail to resolve project blockers
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  - 2 years’ experience in traffic or project coordination, administrative support, or similar marketing or creative services role
  - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in traffic or project coordination within the retail or lifestyle industries
  - Exposure to retail marketing, creative services, or agency/brand-side traffic coordination
  - Familiarity with creative workflows, including asset routing and version control
  - Familiarity with project management tools
