- Learn and assist in monitoring support queues (phone, email, Chat, and ticketing system)
- Support in documenting customer issues and resolutions in the internal ticketing tool
- Help with basic troubleshooting of DeliverHealth applications and technologies under guidance
- Assist in setup and configuration of desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Shadow and learn from experienced support team members on live issue resolution
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and complete all assigned learning modules
- Practice and follow company data privacy, information security, and support protocols
- Provide timely updates on assigned tasks and escalate issues as necessary
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365
- Willingness to learn basic troubleshooting, remote desktop tools, and mobile platforms
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to work in a collaborative and diverse support team
- Recent graduate or final-year students pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
- Candidates with basic knowledge of technical support concepts are encouraged to apply

Job Summary:
We are looking for Trainee Apprentice - Product Support Specialist who is eager to start their career in the technology and healthcare support domain. This apprenticeship is designed for recent graduates (or final-year students) with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. The Trainee Apprentice will gain hands-on experience supporting real-world customers, troubleshooting application issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
No prior job experience is required - just a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a passion for technology and customer service.
