TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL IN GLOBAL E-COMMERCE (M/F/X)

The Global E-commerce department is responsible for all major strategic initiatives and projects related to e-commerce within DHL Supply Chain and reports directly to the Chief Development Office. We focus on worldwide strategic projects that typically involve multiple products, regions, and departments, working closely with the Global SVP of Ecommerce & Returns.

Your tasks

• Utilize a consultative approach to identify, analyze, and solve complex business questions for the last mile delivery market
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, opportunities, and threats impacting our global business
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders on the progress of a division-wide project or initiative

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation in Logistics, Supply Chain, informatics, mathematics, natural science, law, engineering, Economy or Business administration before April 1st, 2024
• First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in consulting, corporate development/strategy; international experience; experiences in ESG topics or data analytics are a plus
• Fluent English skills
• High level of problem-solving skills
• Good teamplayer and proactive thinker & doer, doesn't settle with Status Quo
• Excellent communication skills
