What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Examine the current capabilities of the new LMS and define future features and functional requirements
- Act as a strategic partner and technical resource to the Content Development and Certification teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize learning needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Manage the LMS configuration, administration, maintenance, and security
- Perform data analysis and reporting on the LMS usage, performance, and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education, Computer Science, Technology or related field
- 5-7 years' experience in a Technical Analyst or similar role, preferably in the LMS or learning technology space
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as iWork and Confluence
- Proven experience with learning technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
