What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with clients to assess and develop training materials aimed at mitigating law enforcement liability risks
- Identify training opportunities and provide recommendations to clients
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and reporting to management
- Deliver training sessions and webinars to police departments and other stakeholders
- Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through measurement tools and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of two (2) years of training or related experience, including classroom and webinar facilitation
- Minimum of two (2) years of knowledge of state and federal employment law highly preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

- Experience in law enforcement and risk management
- Expertise in use-of-force law and de-escalation training
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to create compelling instructional materials
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
