What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate, lead, and complete projects related to clinical education and training
- Summarize project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion
- Create and oversee education program projects and timelines, including learning management system content
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic education program delivery
- Develop analysis, reports, and presentations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in project management within a healthcare or education setting
- Strong communication skills to foster relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in creating educational content and materials
- Familiarity with learning management systems and educational program development
