      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain internal and client-facing documentation to highlight new software features and best practices.

      - Strengthen the employer's brand through excellent product knowledge and customer service.
      - Develop and maintain educational resources for client onboarding and ongoing education efforts.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
      - Familiarity with websites built via content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
      - Prior technical training or technical support experience is preferred but not required.
      - Strong understanding of educational technologies and client engagement strategies.
      - Excellent communication skills to effectively assist clients and internal teams.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Learning Management Systems or similar educational platforms.
      - Previous experience in a client-facing role within the education sector.
      - Knowledge of current trends in K-12 education and technology.
      - Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
      - Ability to create engaging educational content and training materials.
