      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers
      - Maintain communication with customers to ensure training effectiveness and address ongoing needs
      - Formulate and execute training and education programs for Sales and Marketing Associates, HCPs, and association partners
      - Collaborate with internal partners for program development and ensure alignment with customer needs
      - Continuously revise lesson plans and training materials to meet new requirements and keep technical information current

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, or field sales/support in the medical device or healthcare industry (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience)
      - Strong understanding of training methodologies and instructional design
      - Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions
      - Ability to manage and report on training program effectiveness and compliance
      - Experience in developing training materials and curriculum

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the medical device industry or equivalent healthcare experience
      - Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in medical training
      - Background in sales support or marketing within the healthcare sector
      - Proven track record of successfully implementing training programs
      - Advanced degree in a relevant field
