      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, coordinate, and present job training and customer service program initiatives
      - Identify quality standards for the call center and develop processes to evaluate training programs
      - Monitor live and recorded calls to assess call center effectiveness and efficiency
      - Conduct training on customer relations policies, call center systems, and communication strategies
      - Maintain training records, prepare reports for quality management, and build annual training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AA/AS degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field required
      - Minimum of 3 years' work experience in employee training and development in a healthcare setting or healthcare call center
      - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in a related discipline
      - Experience in a healthcare call center environment
      - Knowledge of workforce management systems
      - Additional training certifications or qualifications related to employee development
      - Bilingual fluency in English and another language
