      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult and collaborate with internal departments to develop training materials that meet defined learning outcomes
      - Create course materials and teaching aids to support content delivery and skills assessments
      - Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while revising and updating training materials to meet quality standards
      - Track training outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives
      - Facilitate the delivery of technology-based and multimedia-centered teaching

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in education, technical writing, communications, or related fields
      - 1+ year of experience as a trainer
      - Demonstrated knowledge of training methods and best practices for user training on application software
      - Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
      - Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry with Brokers and Consultants, Employers, Health Plans, or Third-Party Administrators
      - Training Consulting Certification
      - Knowledge of tools such as HTML, training authoring tools, and Microsoft application suite
      - Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
      - Willingness to travel up to 25%
