What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and develop training materials, including training manuals, assessments, and tutorials for revenue cycle applications
- Create and produce Computer-Based Learning (CBL) modules for continuous education of department representatives
- Deliver training on Revenue Cycle compliance and regulations for all employees
- Conduct new hire orientation and department-specific training using diverse training methodologies
- Evaluate new hires’ readiness for their roles and prepare training status reports for leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to research and develop instructional materials for training purposes
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Intermediate understanding of front and back-end Revenue Cycle processes
- Train the Trainer Certification preferred
- Familiarity with Epic and associated applications used in Revenue Cycle functions
