What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard and train Retail team members on various applications and platforms
- Conduct formal virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching
- Assess training needs by engaging with team members and reviewing performance data
- Develop and optimize training materials and programs based on feedback and research
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all processes are tested and verified before training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance or Training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology or insurance industry
- Must be able to travel 0-60%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and other Office 365 products
- Knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) and/or Employee Benefit coverage and processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Copilot and other AI tools
- Creative approach to training and development
- Passionate about team member growth and success
- Prior experience in insurance management system training
