What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become a certified MHFA instructor
- Facilitate 8-hour MHFA courses
- Provide administrative support in the MHFA instructor portal
- Schedule MHFA course dates
- Manage MHFA material inventory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual- Spanish
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, clinical experience preferred
- Personal or professional experience with mental health first aid issues
- Must be able to work independently
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Non-profit experience preferred
- Good driving records
- Ability to work intermittent nights and weekends
