      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Communicate operational changes and updates regarding trainees to relevant departments
      - Prioritize work assignments to meet goals and timelines effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree and BCBA Certification required
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to identify complex problems and implement effective solutions
      - Experience in motivating, developing, and directing staff
