  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Supervise a team of training technicians to ensure effective training delivery
  - Ensure consistent and reliable training for all new hires at the employer
  - Document new hire progress through training programs
  - Review and evaluate training content for relevance and accuracy
  - Communicate operational changes and updates to relevant departments
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Master’s Degree and BCBA Certification required
  - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  - Ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions
  - Experience in motivating and directing team members

  - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  - Experience in performance monitoring and assessment
  - Skills in selective attention and information ordering
