What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise a team of training technicians to ensure effective training delivery
- Oversee the documentation of new hire progress through training programs
- Review and evaluate training content for relevance and accuracy
- Communicate operational changes and updates related to trainees to other departments
- Prioritize work assignments to achieve goals and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree required and BCBA certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to evaluate options and implement solutions
- Ability to motivate, develop, and direct individuals in a team setting

- Experience in training or supervisory roles within the behavioral health sector
- Familiarity with training content development and delivery methods
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
