What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage all training programs across the organization
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify current and future training requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan based on departmental needs
- Optimize onboarding processes and promote a culture of continuous learning
- Generate regular reports on employee training certifications, budget spending, and remaining budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role
- Up-to-date knowledge of training and development best practices and methodologies
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms such as Go1
- Prior project management and budgeting experience
- Proficiency in M365 Suite of Products (Office, Outlook, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Possession of a current and valid professional certification such as APTD (Associate Professional in Talent Development) or CPTD
