Job Description
The Senior Trainer develops, implements and evaluates training plans and program materials to increase Meggitt’s capabilities. Creates and provides training needs and implements enhancements as needed.
Develops, implements and evaluates training plans and program materials for a variety of disciplines.
Manages services and support provided to production employees as defined in the Training Operations Manual.
Conducts training needs assessments to strengthen company’s capabilities.
Develops and delivers materials for process capabilities, skills development and management training after evaluating and assigning appropriate methodology within budget. Provides technical training modules to support implementation of processes within the business. Manages needs for training base requirements for customer audits and/or requirements. Manages training records with timekeeping system. Conducts and provides workshops and classes according to assessment and trainings.
Maintains relationship and training plans with Georgia development program. Manages cross-training matrix to ensure the accountability of the training material/skill assessments of individuals within the business operations. Manages a team to ensure training requirements are met within the business. Excellent project management skills with strong organizational and time management capabilities. Experience identifying needs assessment, building and delivering learning programs
Proven ability to deliver content, engage an audience, foster mentoring relationships, and solve complex problems. Excellent oral and written communication skills
