Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or a minimum of four years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 2 years of training experience required
Prior property management/Multi-family housing experience
Project management experience required
Build productive working relationships with the business unit you support
Communicate effectively and possess strong business writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with the Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
Proficient with SharePoint and SharePoint Designer preferred
Basic knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and how to support these
Proficiency in training curriculum development preferred
Effective organization and time management skills
Possess outstanding customer service skills
Able to work with minimal supervision
Assist the Sr. Training Manager as directed
Evaluate, measure and provide direction to define and document business needs for all training initiatives
Provide needs assessment to distinguish between training and non-training issues as needed
Oversee the design and presentation of training programs that meet the essential job requirements
Oversee the design and presentation of customized training materials and support documents requested by Sr. Training Manager
Measure and follow-up of all practices trained and demonstrate results to management, along with recommended changes to standards outlined in the Fairfield manuals
Travel to specified regions to assist with training needs as directed
Assist when needed in auditing the Learning Management System (LMS) records to ensure training compliance.
Lead and assign all training resources for new property transitions as needed
Acts as liaison between the field and Property Management Department ensuring opportunities for operational improvement are developed, trained, and implemented
Maintain effective business practices in all areas of responsibility; recommend enhancements to ensure efficient and effective investments in our people, as well as technology, to ensure successful outcomes
Maintain proficiencies in all areas of responsibility to adequately respond to support requests and make recommendations as needed
Abide by all company policies and procedures as well as community policies applicable to each particular property
Any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by the company from time to time

Candidate must reside within one of the following major metropolitan areas of Texas: Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin. The associate in this role will travel to properties throughout Texas, and may also include travel to Florida and Georgia as-needed.

Estimated Rate of Pay :
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00
This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
