      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and revise courses for delivery to all Department employees
      - Identify ongoing training needs through assessments, surveys, and consultations with stakeholders
      - Communicate evaluation data to stakeholders and modify training based on feedback
      - Research and draft training materials, including audio and visual components
      - Participate in meetings, special projects, and committees as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience as a full-time instructional designer
      - Knowledge of adult learning principles and training strategies
      - Proficiency in using computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
      - Ability to work independently and monitor work plans effectively
      - Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card as per Arizona Revised Statutes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Human Resources Development, Adult Education, or Psychology
      - Experience in evaluating and improving training materials and courses
      - Strong customer service and team-building skills
      - Familiarity with State and Federal guidelines related to training and development
