      Job summary

      As Training Programme Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the training across the region. You will ensure that national standards, determined by Royal Colleges, the GMC and NHS-E WT&E are implemented locally. Applicants must be currently working within the West Midlands area at consultant level or equivalent including SAS doctors in the specialty school area. Experience within the specialty at consultant or SAS doctor level is essential as is considerable experience of working with learners or doctors in training in an educational context.

      You will work with theHead of Schoolto produce doctors who will strive for the highest standards of patient-centred care and commit themselves to a lifetime of professional development.
