What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver in-person post-sale training to law enforcement customers globally
- Represent the company and its products at conferences and demonstrations
- Engage with public safety technology decision-makers pre- and post-sale
- Act as the primary contact for customer training needs regarding tactical robotics products
- Collaborate with product and support teams to enhance training curriculum
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in training and professional services with a technical or weapons-related customer base
- Strong operational experience supporting SWAT or special operations, with proficiency in drone operations in military or law enforcement contexts
- Understanding of software and hardware testing and implementation
- Experience with IT hardware, SAAS sales, or support
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience in drone equipment and programs, digital video, body-worn cameras, conductive energy weapons, and mobile communications
- BS/BA/MS in Unmanned Systems or related fields
- Proficiency in Spanish
