      As a Training Specialist, you will be part of the training team, which supports our offshore operations with operational and tactic training and compliance related matters. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our rig crew is complying to industry, regulatory and client requirements before and during operations. The Training Specialist is responsible for upholding training compliance, data quality and training analytics in a timely manner and according to relevant procedures within Company Management System P2R and Training processes.

      Your responsibilities:

      • HR and/or training processes: including implementation and execution of company procedures, such as service delivery models, SOPs (standard operating procedures) etc.
      • Ensuring compliance at all time for all Noble offshore units as assigned
      • Monitoring performance and delivery of a Training Management Service (TMS)
      • Monitoring training compliance, through monthly reports, gap analysis and BI
      • Governance of training data quality, used for reporting
      • Supporting Audit requests and ensuring data quality for audits
      • Supporting development, optimizing and implementing new / current training processes, policies and procedures

      Our Requirements:

      • Formal education at Bachelor’s level or equivalent within relevant field
      • Minimum 1,5 years of relevant job experience
      • Fluent in English (min. B2/C1)
      • Detail-oriented with the ability to have several tasks open at same time
      • Capable to prioritize tasks to meet the deadlines
      • Self-disciplined in organizing daily activities
      • Service-minded to assure the highest-level of services
