As a Training Specialist for the Contact Center Organization, you will enhance the competencies of employees by organizing training programs that will boost their workplace performance in alliance with our company’s core values.       Description:

      The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of training. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to provide up-to-date training courses to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality within the organization. This position will assist in the communication of processes, knowledge, and service excellence through training, knowledge base management, and quality analysis.

      Responsibilities

      • Create instructional eLearning material: courses, curriculum, student guides, and training manuals.
      • Design and revamp both new and established learning models.
      • Conduct training sessions in various training formats (i.e. classroom, webinars, virtual learning).
      • Keep informed about new trends and tools in employee development.
      • Develop audio, visual, and interactive media aids.
      • Create and manage knowledge base articles to support production in delivering accurate processes and procedures.
      • Monitor quality assurance through listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
      • Travels to satellite locations to train members as needed

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field
      • Minimum of 2 years’ experience using course creation software and learning management systems.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Power Point presentation.
      • Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand.
      • Ability to work and complete projects without supervision, self-motivated.
      • Understanding of quality assurance and knowledge base management.
