What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical training to the employer’s industrial refrigeration customer base on proper utilization of products and industry best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain technical training curriculum and presentation materials
- Identify business needs and design effective training to ensure impactful learning for various audiences
- Update and manage training materials on the company learning management system
- Act as a subject matter expert for industrial refrigeration equipment, controls, and operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of technical experience in industrial refrigeration controls, equipment, and/or system operation
- Strong aptitude for computer skills
- Ability to develop effective presentations
- Proficiency in explaining concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel 25-50% for customer training and industry trade shows

- Strong connections with industrial refrigeration contractors in the U.S.
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and e-learning tools
- Experience operating a refrigeration system within a cold storage or processing plant
