About the Role:
For our Ferrero Headquarters, we are looking for a Training Specialist to join our Ferrero University.
In this position, you will be responsible for the portfolio of training programs and courses of Industrial, Supply Chain and Quality Know How Academies.
As program owner, you will design and implement new training programs, adjusts the current ones in close cooperation with Academy Board Members, Line Managers, HR Business Partners as well as training vendors.Main Responsibilities:
By covering this position, you will be in partnership with Academy Board Members, Line Managers and HR Business Partners to identify training needs and gaps according to the business needs.
You will develop training programs for the Know How Academies, utilizing blended approaches (face-to-face training, eLearning, web-based training, etc.).
You will also coordinate the organisation of pilot trainings and international editions.
Cooperating with the external training vendors and/or internal functions in the development of materials and models of global training programs, including manuals, guides, online videos, web conferences will be as well one of your responsibilities.On top of that, you will manage the costs for the Know How Academies following the company process and timeline, give inputs to the annual budget process and keep constant communication with the countries and relevant stakeholders, to ensure they have awareness of the training activities and receive full support in the local delivery.
Moreover, one of your missions will be to participate in project meetings from inception to completion and engage subject matter experts in the design, objectives and delivery of the right training solution for each project.
You will build the global network of internal trainers, organize the regular “Train the Trainer” sessions and act as their tutor, being responsible for accrediting them according to the Ferrero University Guidelines.This role also requires the evaluation of the overall quality of courses and the implementation of improvements to ensure an effective transfer of skills and knowledge.
Finally, you will be led to maintain detailed records of global training programs and participants and generate accurate statistical reports, create, and implement new training procedures as well as revise existing procedures and update the information related to contents, processes, and tools in the Ferrero University Learning System.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university knowledge in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration or related fields.
You have 3-5 years of professional experience as instructional designer or in a Training environment (defining the training need, designing, developing, delivering a training), acquired preferably in an international and multi-cultural context.
You also demonstrate some knowledge of course development methodologies and ability to collect, collaborate and manage content from Subject Matter Experts.Your strong communication, organizational and project management skills together with your precision will help you to deal with the daily challenges.
On top of this, the key to your success will be your knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and learning management tools (i.e. Learning Management System).
