  The Pizza Hut Equity Training Specialist will serve as a training partner to the Equity Leadership team, supporting a growing portfolio of 59+ company-owned restaurants. This role is responsible for designing, launching, and managing training programs across Charlotte, Salt Lake City, Dallas, and other markets as the portfolio expands. The ideal candidate will bring strong training acumen, operational curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to help drive operational excellence and team development.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Training Coordination

  • Coordinate comprehensive training plans and annual training calendar to include eLearning, new product rollouts, management bootcamps, and onboarding cohorts
  • Create, implement, and lead the process to certify training restaurants in each Area

  Training Execution

  • Lead training bootcamps covering Operations, HR, P&L Management, Local Marketing, etc. in each of the 3 markets
  • Partner with corporate Operations team and Equity Area Coaches on all new product and process rollouts
  • Support onboarding process and systems to ensure an efficient and thorough process for all team members

  Training Management

  • Ensure and validate that training is being properly completed across all levels of restaurant teams (Area Coaches, Managers, Team Members, Drivers, etc.)
  • Analyze training reports and train Area Coaches and RGMs on how to best utilize the tools that are available

  Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of multi-unit restaurant or retail experience in training, operations, or HR
  • Ability to travel up to 25% across Texas, Utah, Carolinas, and other markets as the portfolio expands
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills across virtual and in-person environments
  • Ability to develop, facilitate, and manage leadership content and programs
  • Ability to collaborate, coach, influence, recognize and inspire at all levels
  • Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on organization and time management aptitude
  • Ability to Multi-task in a variety of situations and develop solutions to issues
  • Highly proactive and results driven

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pizza Hut restaurant experience is preferred

  Salary Range: $78,300 to $92,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
