What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, facilitate, and evaluate New Hire Training for new staff
- Develop and deliver training classes on specialized and general topics related to job-specific curriculum and service improvement
- Prepare training courses, including room setup, ordering supplies, and ensuring accessibility of training materials
- Collaborate with department leadership to identify training needs and implement effective plans
- Establish Super Users within the department and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for continuous support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the training field
- At least one (1) year of curriculum development experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a healthcare revenue position
- EPIC experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and design training materials
- Coaching and counseling experience
