      Description

      - Utilize existing training content and facilitator guide to train on-the-job and classroom on basic, intermediate, and advanced job specific content for the Operations - Deliver on-the-job and classroom training using existing content and facilitator guides. - Train employees across three departments in two facilities, focusing on packaging, lubricants, and warehouse operations. - Use a “Tell, Show, Do” model to ensure comprehension and skill development. - Support safety training including forklift and knowing the employee handbook for new employees - Collaborate with the People & Culture team to align with onboarding and compliance standards. - Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes. - Support safety meetings and introduce new hires to company policies and procedures. - Assist in updating training materials in collaboration with the Learning & Development team. - Step in on the production floor when necessary to demonstrate tasks or assist with operations.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, comfortable with manufacturing environments, and capable of training frontline employees on machinery, safety, and operational procedures. Required: - High School diploma required - 1–3+ years of experience in training, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment. - Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand and explain machinery and computer interfaces. - Strong communication skills; ability to train individuals with varying levels of English proficiency. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred. - Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a warehouse environment with PPE. Nice to Have's: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field preferred. - Spanish speaking - Forklift training - Familiarity with Bran folder or similar content management tools

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
