What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with district leaders and educators to enhance Academic and Career Planning (ACP) experiences
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for various stakeholders in the K–12 landscape
- Create resources to help families understand career readiness programs and pathways
- Gather feedback and insights from users to improve training and support services
- Evaluate ACP practices using data to inform continuous improvement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep understanding of Wisconsin Education for Employment (E4E) and ACP statutory requirements
- Familiarity with Wisconsin Career Readiness Standards and K–12 career pathway development
- High competency in analyzing educational data to evaluate ACP practices and student outcomes
- Experience implementing ACP or similar initiatives in K–12 settings
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel across Wisconsin
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite
- Background in the education technology industry
- Prior experience working with SaaS platforms
