      The Transaction Capture Junior Specialist is an entry level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to fund managers, in coordination with the Middle office departments.

      Your key responsibilities:

      • Collecting and monitoring Client instructions or 3rd party instructions from agreed sources in order to reflect them in funds accounting records on specific point of time
      • Performing set of controls in order to ensure that received data is technically correct, accurate from fund accounting perspective and in line with market rules
      • Leading internal efficiency & automation initiatives, supporting client change requests and onboardings

      Requirements:

      • We simply require good English, analytical thinking, willingness to work in the capital markets and determination to become expert in funds industry
      • Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc.)
      • Basic financial knowledge
      • A degree is desired but not critical, as a degree will never replace ambition and hard work
