      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions of small businesses
      - Develop financial analyses and pro forma financial models, including income statements and cash flow projections
      - Present financial and operational insights based on data analysis and strategic fit with the investment thesis
      - Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive due diligence
      - Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to the investment team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience in accounting advisory or private equity
      - CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred
      - Experience working for a mid-market accounting firm is strongly preferred
      - Demonstrated capability in evaluating small to medium-sized businesses
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
