      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Assist with portfolio plans and negotiations for lease, sale, sublease, and purchase transactions
      - Manage key documentation and client communications
      - Review and interpret financial analysis
      - Maintain database of transaction activity
      - Lead client meetings and present transaction activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred
      - 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate
      - Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills
      - Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience with strategic real estate planning
      - Knowledge of occupancy cost opportunities
      - Business case development experience
