- Provide excellent customer setups for electronic deposits into Chase.
- Complete and review setup and maintenance for customer profiles
- Interact directly with internal clients through Service Portal, SharePoint and emails.
- Maintain audit records of changes, maintain internal procedure documents
- Support system testing for development changes in the system
- Complete requests and verification to meet customer defined timeframes, own and resolve service issue to the point of resolution
- Support Continuous Improvement Culture through personal and team engagement and a rapidly changing environment

Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO) provides a wide range of global operational support and services for retail, commercial, treasury, asset wealth management and credit card customers. CTO has approximately 4,900 employees.
Payment Services provides a variety of services for both individual and corporate customers across all JPMorgan Chase lines of business. Core operations of payment processing include the posting, capture and clearing of checks and processing and movement of cash through the network. The business units within the group continually implement cutting edge technology and their commitment have distinguished them as industry leaders. Payment Services has approximately 600 employees.
The Float Systems Team, a division of Payment Services has several key functions. Our Process Control Facility (PCF) houses customer configuration information required for processing electronic deposit files through the Virtual Processing Center. PCF team members interact with a wide range of customers including Branch, ATM, Quick Deposit, Lockbox, Correspondent banks, Image Clearinghouses and the Federal Reserve. The Float Systems team has approximately 15 member.
As a Transactions Specialist I for the Process Control Facility Build Team, you will perform diverse customer setup functions for the products across Chase. In this role, you will need to demonstrate ownership of tasks, initiative, accuracy or completed assignments, and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Training is full-time onsite (must live in state to be considered, will transition to remote once successfully complete).
