Join us as a Transfer Agent in a striving, well-driven team, working in a dynamic and international environment. In this multi-tasking role, you will assist the PAFA Investor Services Team in their daily activities and participate in a number of projects looking to improve performance across the department.
It is a client facing role and you will be expected to maintain a proactive relationship with our clients – attending to their business needs, adhering to our solutions and established processes, and providing the required support throughout the lifecycle of the fund.
We’re looking for a Transfer Agent that will be:
• Handling subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers and other transaction requests in line with fund’s offering documents
• Duly processing and maintaining the investors’ static data - setting up and keeping up-to-date the investor registers of the funds
• Preparing and releasing investor communication/reporting in line with fund’s documentation and fund manager instructions (e.g., investor statements, investor notices, holding confirmations etc)
• Preparing, monitoring and reconciling cash payments to and from investors (capital calls/distributions).
• Keeping control of the timing of deliverables according to the fund’s operating memorandums
• Proactively handling various client, investor and internal queries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising closely with our AML/KYC investor services to ensure that investors meet AML and eligibility requirements
• Archiving documents, notices and reportsYour team

We are looking for an applicant who can demonstrate:
• a university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• natural sense of responsibility, organization, rigor and precision
• very good time management and ability to work under pressure and to prioritize
• team player with ability to collaborate with others
• self-drive, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn
• excellent knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• fluency in English, German is a plus
• good understanding of the fund administration processes and experience in the alternative funds in Luxembourg is an asset
• Investran knowledge is preferredAbout us
