      Your role at Clorox:

      To enable our Ignite Strategy, Clorox is embarking on a Transformational journey. This journey is both a digital transformation to upgrade our processes and systems as well as a people transformation to upgrade the ways of working for our employees. To successfully implement this transformation, we are looking for an individual capable of leading the engagement efforts required to prepare all external stakeholders impacted by the Elevate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technology program called Vista.

      The Transformation Change Management Lead will originate and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance to changes driven by the Elevate program.
      This role will be responsible for the change management and communications in support of our Source to Pay squad.

      The TCM Lead will collaborate with the Vista ERP leaders and business leadership teams to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. The TCM Lead will work in partnership with other Elevate Change Management Leads, Communication Lead, Role Mapping Lead and Training Lead to ensure all stakeholders are prepared for the Elevate driven changes.

      In this role, you will:

      • Stakeholder Engagement Planning and Execution - Initiative Team Level

        • Apply structured change methodology to change management activities
        • Execute change assessments and lead associated action planning efforts for assigned stakeholder groups
        • Identify system, process and organizational changes driven by the Vista ERP Technology program for each external stakeholder group
        • Partner with other stakeholder engagement leads to identify upcoming changes and integration points across Elevate for external partners, and develop plans to appropriately prepare impacted stakeholders
        • Create and facilitate stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
        • Create actionable and reusable change activities
        • Mitigate people risks including anticipating and managing barriers to user adoption
        • Coach and mentor leaders on change
        • Define and measure success and adoption metrics, and monitor change progress among stakeholders

        Vista Communication Planning and Development - Initiative team level

        • Partner with the Elevate communications team to plan, customize and deliver program communications to prepare the external stakeholders for upcoming project milestones and activities
        • Develop and customize written “What’s Changing” communications and presentations for the individualized needs of each impacted external stakeholder group
        • Develop strategic communications plans for all external stakeholder groups
        • Manage the production and delivery of deployment communications

        Role Mapping and Training Support – Initiative team level

        • Support development of security-based job roles for the Vista ERP program
        • Partner with business leadership to map impacted end users to all appropriate job roles based on their future state roles and responsibilities
        • Ensure impacted end users are assigned required training based on their job roles
        • Support training compliance as needed

        Project Management – Initiative team level

        • Track and report issues and risks
        • Provide regular status reporting against overall OCM milestones and deliverables
        • Ensure alignment with overall OCM strategies
        • Ensure integration with other stakeholder engagement leads to ensure seamless delivery of program OCM strategies and readiness of all impacted stakeholder groups

        What we look for:

        Years and Type of Experience:

        • At least 7 years of experience applying change management principles, methodologies and tools – previous roles in Operational Excellence, Organizational Development, or change management are strongly preferred
        • Prior experience in working on large-scale technology projects or enterprise resource planning programs a plus

        Skills and Abilities

        • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience working with upper-level management
        • Expertise in people side of change during large scale, complex changes in high-velocity of change environment
        • Facilitation and/or training skills
        • Strong understanding of MS Office applications
        • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
        • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere despite obstacles and setbacks
        • Proven track record of driving and execution at both strategic and tactical levels
        • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
        • Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
        • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
        • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

        Education Level/Degree:

        • Bachelor’s degree
        • PROSCI or other change management methodology certification a plus

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

        Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100
        Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100
        Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100
