What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted advisor to dentists during practice transitions, providing valuation and brokerage services
- Conduct consultations to assist practitioners in preparing for the sale of their practice
- Manage client relationships and maintain continuous communication throughout the transaction process
- Train and collaborate with internal teams on dental practice transition services and products
- Attend and present at dental meetings, study clubs, and sales meetings to promote services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must maintain state-specific real estate licenses in good standing where required by law
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within the dental industry or real estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
- Active New Jersey real estate license is strongly preferred, but not required
- Experience in practice financing or dental transitions is a plus
- Strong presentation skills for speaking to individuals and larger audiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
