      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support organ procurement services for transplantation and manage the peri-operative phase for recipients
      - Communicate effectively with organ procurement organizations, recovery teams, and recipient families to coordinate transplant events
      - Participate in the organ recovery process and ensure compliance with transplant center protocols
      - Manage and document logistics for organ preservation, packaging, and labeling
      - Contribute to quality and safety compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and communication throughout the transplant process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or higher, or graduate from an applicable Health Care Technical program
      - Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, with at least one year in direct patient care or an Organ Procurement Organization
      - Experience related to transplantation
      - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire
      - Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex caseloads with critical thinking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Health-related certification/registry/license such as Certified Surgical Tech or Surgical First Assist
      - Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment with a focus on patient care
