      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support logistics management, preservation, packaging, and labeling of organs for transplantation
      - Communicate effectively with transplant teams, organ procurement organizations, and recipient candidates
      - Participate in organ recovery and transplant processes according to established protocols
      - Maintain compliance with OPTN/UNOS regulations and ensure proper documentation
      - Contribute to departmental initiatives for quality improvement and community education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or higher, or completion of an applicable Health Care Technical program
      - Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, including one year in direct patient care/contact or an Organ Procurement Organization
      - Transplant-related experience
      - American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire
      - Proficiency in English and strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Health-related certification/registry/license, such as Certified Surgical Tech or Surgical First Assist
      - Experience in managing complex caseloads and prioritizing multiple responsibilities
