What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the delivery order life cycle and transportation for client products, including load creation and carrier assignment
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with various divisions, such as customer service and returns management
- Create dynamic reports for performance tracking and key metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements while managing multiple tasks
- Work directly with third-party logistics providers to address customer complaints and resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with remote teammates
- General knowledge of logistics operations and ability to identify solutions to standard delivery cycle problems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Load Planning and Order Management
- Familiarity with key functions of the Supply Chain, including Reverse Logistics and Returns Management
- Proven ability to create reports and analyze performance metrics
- Experience working in an open office environment
