      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze the effectiveness of existing transportation processes and customer delivery systems
      - Manage courier operations, addressing daily delivery issues and ensuring timely service
      - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for carrier compliance
      - Monitor and report on shipment statuses and transportation key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Collaborate with various departments to resolve claims and improve delivery performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience in transportation or logistics
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Experience in preparing and responding to transportation RFPs and RFQs
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge and experience in the courier industry and pool distribution environments
      - Familiarity with automated freight pay and audit processes
      - Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
      - Experience in negotiating with carriers and suppliers
      - Ability to effectively present information to various organizational levels
