      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and improve transportation processes and customer delivery across various transport modes
      - Manage daily courier operations and resolve any delivery-related issues
      - Develop and maintain dashboards to analyze transportation key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Collaborate with sales teams to integrate new customer opportunities into delivery initiatives
      - Conduct audits of carrier hubs and assist in onboarding new carriers and technology partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of related and progressively responsible experience
      - Broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics, or a related area
      - Experience in preparing or responding to transportation RFPs and RFQs
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and transportation management systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the courier industry or pool distribution environments
      - Familiarity with automated freight pay and audit processes
      - Strong negotiating skills and the ability to present information effectively
      - Exposure to small package, LTL, and TL transportation experiences
