What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel arrangements
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions
- Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures
- Negotiate with vendors and external customers to reach acceptable resolutions
- Maintain high levels of call quality and confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in the travel industry
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS) and/or other technology platforms
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using self-booking tools in the travel industry
