      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows to develop future clinicians

      - Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine treatment plans for meaningful progress
      - Participate in caregiver training sessions to extend skill-building beyond therapy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB
      - Licensed in the state of Illinois
      - Passionate about clinical quality and committed to evidence-driven treatments
      - Experience mentoring RBTs and developing future clinicians
      - Strong advocate for ethical, individualized care tailored to each child's needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration in pediatric therapy settings
      - Familiarity with OBM-driven practices to enhance work environments
      - Previous involvement in caregiver training or educational programs
